  IT Consultant @ Prediction Institute

  The start-up Prediction Institute has developed a statistical method that helps suppliers (e.g. media publishers) with many external outlets attain a more optimized and less wasteful approximation of the amount of items (e.g. publications) delivered to each outlet. I have handled all the technical implementation, architecture, design and implementation, of the solution. The product is based on a number of services and utilizes a wide range of tools for the back- and frontend.

  
  

  The backend tool is programmed in Java/C++. The data model in XML. The administration module in PHP, HTML and JavaScript. The calculation units in C++/Java. The database is PostgreSQL. Property files as well as communication between subsystems and external partners are done with XML/XSLT/JSON. Reports and graphs are produced in MS Excel and Adobe PDF.   Start up @ VoteMeter

  VoteMeter is a FaceBook/Twitter application I have made for the July 2009 EU election. The application enables voters to answer a few (25) questions and thereby see which candidate they match best. The application also provides for a candidate profile, which the candidates can service themselves, as well as discussion boards, and a number of information pages, including a statistics section with some fairly surprising results.

  The site is based on FBML (Facebook Markup Language)/FBJS (Facebook JavaScript)/FBQL (Facebook Query Language)/PHP/HTML/CSS with rest calls for Twitter. The database is MySql. The Webserver Apache and the host a Debian. The graphics Photoshop and Illustrator.

  Beeqube is a social bookmarking site. beeqube is a tool that help users collect and categorize information from a variety of sources across the Internet and enable other people to slice, cut and recombine into information streams that precisely match their interests. Tailored feed streams can be subscribed and fed to a wide range of different destinations; RSS, webpages, blogs, Facebook, Twitter, desktop gadgets/widgets, etc.

  Nokia has an intranet of ten development centers on three continents, sharing and contributing on the same - exponentially growing - terabytes data sources. My team, designed, developed and serviced the internal software package and network, which distributes the data and ensures that all centers has constant and immediate access to all data sources. We were as well responsible for training the personal using the site and handled customer contact.

  The Danish ministry Agency for Governmental Management (Økonomistyrelsen) needed to upgrade their portal handling course and competence material for Danish state employees. The work was contracted to the consultancy bureau KMD, which hired me to drive the upgrade.

  The portal is based on a SABA installation. The modifications programmed in JSP on a JBoss/Tomcat application server.
